The team size was over 200 spread across multiple cities.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>\nChallenge<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>We had to ensure smooth transition of the assignment without loss of coverage or field execution. This required, multi-location briefing, client Branch &amp; field team alignment &amp; ensuring delivering on client expectations.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>\nOur Approach<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>We designed and implemented a business transition program from the ground up for each territory. Communication was established at each level and individual to engage with and align expectations and address concerns.
